I married my best friend in 2018 taking on the role of husband to Kendra and the role of stepfather to Gatlyn and Briar. We are an outdoorsy family that live a simple life in Hobart, IN. We love making s’mores, gardening, exploring the outdoors, playing board games, and caring for our 12 chickens, 2 guinea pigs, hamster, and beta fish.

A few years ago, I felt God was calling me to write a memoir about specific life events that shaped my perspective on the world and how I came to know my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ. With the unwavering faith and support of my amazing wife, my memoir will be released in late summer 2023.

I’ve been playing guitar and recording music since I was 16 years old. I’ve composed custom music for TV shows, released a few hard rock/alternative EP’s, and at the ripe age of 39, I started playing my guitar for the Lord at my home church in Northwest Indiana and continue to serve as a volunteer musician.

I have worked in the AVL integration industry for over two decades. I design and install audio, video, and lighting systems for churches, schools, non-profits, and other specialty projects.

In my spare time, I have been writing leadership articles and product reviews for Technologies for Worship Magazine, was invited to teach a session on improving the sound of your church at WAVE Conference 2023 and was asked to do a podcast interview about my journey to Christ on Shine.FM.
